Since our inception in 2004, RC&D's commitment to continuous improvement of our safety and health performance has allowed us to consistently reduce our reportable safety incidents. RC&Ds Worker Compensation Insurance EMR rating of 0.82 is well below the industry average of 1.0.

All of our field crews are trained for the tasks at hand and our field management team includes experienced competent personnel as required by OSHA/USACE for scaffolding, lifting devices, confined spaces, and excavation inspection. All of our Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans are reviewed by a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to ensure the highest level of worker protection. A snapshot of our Safety Training includes:
